Madam Goh, the grandmother of a coma-ridden girl, is offered money for a life-changing treatment by Fang, a terminally ill friend made in the same hospital. In exchange, Madam Goh must provide a bottle of sleeping pills. She must make a painful choice to save her granddaughter or end her friend's suffering.
